(Definition of Personal Information)

"Personal information" refers to information regarding a person that can be used for the purpose of identification, such as name, birth date, sex, phone number, e-mail address, occupation, employer, etc.

(Collection/Use of Personal Information)

We collect/utilize personal information only for the purposes specified below and to the extent needed for each specific purpose.

We collect/utilize information provided voluntarily by customers and by providing his or her personal information to us, the customer is deemed to have consented to our use of the personal information based on the policy herein specified.

•    Render services needed to deliver our products ordered

•    Provide information considered beneficial to and necessary for the customer, such  as information of new products

•    Contact or confirm with the customer regarding our internal business processes   for the purpose of improving service

•    Answer various inquiries

(Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

We will not disclose or provide personal information to a third party without the prior consent of the owner of the information, unless there is a justifiable reason to do so, such as when such disclosure is required by law.

(Supervision of Contractors)

We may provide some personal information to outside contractors in connection with our internal business processes to provide products and services to customers. In this case we will manage the contractors to ensure that personal information is handled properly.

(Management of Personal Information)

To prevent personal information from being leaked out, lost, damaged, etc., we appoint the Personal Information Protection Manager and do our utmost to provide sufficient security controls while managing the entrusted personal information so that it remains current and accurate.

(Checking, Correction or Deletion of Information)

Customers can check, correct or delete their personal information provided to us after we have confirmed that the requester is indeed the owner of the applicable information, upon which the request will be accommodated as promptly as possible.
