Precision Component Machining

Precision Component Machining  

We offer precision component machining services based primarily on machining

center, wire cutting and discharge machining. We can meet needs ranging from

small-volume assignments such as the production of prototype samples

to large-volume production,covering diverse materials including aluminum,

stainless steel, brass, copper, and steel.

Additionally, our inspection system based on 3-D measuring

equipment, etc., can meet customer's needs.

Our design process employs three-dimensional CAD. The design data thus

obtained is used to make precision components from samples produced

by high-speed machining centers. Additionally, we design forging presses

as well as plastic, MIM and other injection-molding dies for customer-consigned products.

We handle multiple processes such as machining center, electric

discharge machining and wire cutting. Moreover, we produce in-house

forging press dies and injection-molding dies. We can also accept orders

of finishes such as mirror finish brought by buff grinding and/or barreling, in sddition to sandblasting and grooving.

Surface treatment

Surface treatment, plating  

Drawing upon extensive expertise in precious-metal plating--particularly,

the exterior plating of watches--and our skills in functional plating know-

how obtained through many years as a manufacturer of high-density, super-

multi-layer printed circuit boards, we deliver your product with quick turnaround

and at the appropriate price.  Thorough process control ensures the consistently

high quality of surface treatment.
